KTC GIFT CARD

1. Enter the recipient’s email address at checkout.
2. Forward the gift card email to them after purchase.
   
3. You can also print the email and hand it over as a personal gift.

• Valid for all products except for Gift Card on [us.ktcplay.com].
• Can be combined with other payment methods and discount.
• No expiration date.
• No other additional charges.

Note: Please keep your gift card code safe. Once lost, it will not be reissued

• Check Balance: Open the link in your gift card email to view your current balance on the gift card page.
  
  
• Redeem Online: At checkout, enter your gift card code in the gift card field. Codes are not case-sensitive. If your balance is less than the order total, you'll be prompted to add another payment method.
  
  
• When Active: Gift cards are active immediately after purchase and fulfillment. You can use them right away at checkout.

For orders paid with gift cards: If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be applied back to the same gift card and the balance will be updated automatically.

For gift card purchases: If you purchased a gift card and wish to return it, please contact us. Once refunded, the gift card will be deactivated and cannot be used.

Split payment refunds: If your order was paid using both a gift card and another payment method, refunds will be applied to the gift card first, then to the other payment method.
