What to check
Check the screen's casting entry
Some products provide a direct wireless projection or casting entry on the home screen.
Check this:
- Open the home screen.
- Look for
Cast,Screen Mirroring,Wireless Projection, or a similar option. - Open the casting entry and keep it visible.
- Start casting from your phone, tablet, or computer.
The target device usually needs to stay on the casting-waiting screen until the connection is complete.
Check the settings menu
Some models place wireless display features inside the settings menu.
Check this:
- Open
Settings. - Look for
Network,Cast,Projection, orDevice Connection. - Turn on the casting or receiving function.
- Return to the device you want to cast from and start the connection.
If the screen is not discoverable, check whether wireless receiving needs to be enabled first.
Check the sending device's casting feature
The sending device may control the connection through its own casting menu.

- Connect both devices to the same network if required.
- Open the screen-share, cast, or wireless display feature on the source device.
