How to Adjust the Screen Position on a KTC Monitor

KTC displays usually adjust screen position through a tilt stand, a multi-adjustable stand, or a portable or smart-display support structure. Choose the support type that best fits your product to get started. If these steps do not fit your screen, use the model links below for exact instructions.

Common support types

Tilt-only stand

Many monitors only support a simple forward-and-back tilt adjustment.

Try this:

  1. Hold the stand with one hand.
  2. Hold the top or side of the screen with the other hand.
  3. Tilt the panel gently backward or forward.
  4. Stop once the screen angle feels stable and comfortable.

Move the screen slowly so you do not force the hinge.

Multi-adjustable stand

Some stands support extra movement such as height, left-right swivel, or portrait rotation.

Try this:

  1. Hold the screen with both hands.
  2. Raise or lower the panel if the stand supports height adjustment.
  3. Turn the panel left or right if the base supports swivel.
  4. Rotate the panel only if it moves smoothly and clearly supports that motion.

If the panel feels blocked, stop and check the product manual before forcing the movement.

Portable or smart-display support

Portable displays and some smart-display products may use a folding cover, kickstand, or special support arm.

Try this:

  1. Open the cover, stand, or support arm fully.
  2. Set the screen at a stable viewing angle.
  3. Check that the support does not slip on the desk.
  4. Adjust again after cables are connected if the weight changes the angle.

These products often balance differently from a desktop monitor, so keep the support fully seated before letting go.

If the steps above do not match your screen

Before going to the model list, try these quick checks:

  • confirm whether the stand has already been assembled correctly
  • check whether packing blocks or transport protectors are still in place
  • stop if the stand feels locked in one direction
  • check whether your product uses a portable cover, a fixed stand, or an arm mount instead of a regular base
